Visit the London & Quadrant Group website. We have been working with the Trust upgrading their resident's kitchens and bathrooms for the past 5 years. We acknowledge these works are quite an upheaval for individuals and families alike and so commit to completing the works within 10 working days. However there are odd occasions when due to unforeseen circumstances this timescale cannot be met. We currently have an average completion time of less than 7days. Following year on year reviews of each project, evaluating ways of improving our service and the products/choices offered by the Trust, we are introducing significant improvements to the programme, negotiated with one of our largest suppliers, Nicholls and Clarke. This will mean an almost unprecedented selection of choices available to residents with improved quality of materials, surpassing what were already high standards within the industry.
