We have been working with London & Quadrant's South West Thames Region since 2002, renewing kitchens and bathrooms and associated electrical upgrades. In this time we have completed over 1000 homes and won 7 awards in recognition of the high standard of work we provide and the raised resident satisfaction received from independent feedback on these projects.

We continually evaluate the work we do; looking at ways of improving our service and products/choices we can offer the Trust or indeed other clients. As a result of this self analysis, we introduced significant improvements to the Decent Homes Programme in 2007 by negotiating with one of the UK's largest independent building material suppliers, Nicholls and Clarke. This relationship is still continuing.

Our approach has been deemed innovative by the Trust and informative by their residents.
