All operatives wear Dickens uniform and carry formal identification. Our modern fleet of vehicles are fitted with tracker monitoring devices which allows us to 'real time' track the location of a vehicle so we can improve on response times by utilising the closest operative. All operatives undergo formal customer care training as well as trade specific courses and Health & Safety training. With the help of our external consultants, Construction Safety (South East) Ltd., we stay regularly updated on all current and new legislation.
