We have a select client list but mainly undertake our own projects. Projects range from small refurbs to large multi or single dwelling new builds valued at several million pounds. We are NHBC Registered House Builders and undertake all aspects and disciplines of new build, both in house and with our long established team of professionals.

We are currently building a 10,000 sq ft luxury home in Chislehurst, to be fitted with innovative home management and entertainment systems, basement gymnasium and swimming pool.

We have several schemes due to start later this year, one being a development in East Dulwich of six 4 bedroomed Town Houses, with off street parking.

Dickens has a large portfolio of properties across South London which are let to the private market. We have our own experienced in house property management team, as well as using local agents.
